নারায়ণগঞ্জ বার্তা ২৪ : নারায়ণগঞ্জ জেলা সহকারী আইনজীবী সমিতি কার্যনির্বাহী পরিষদ (২০১৬-২০১৭) নির্বাচনের প্রার্থীদের চূড়ান্ত তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। রবিবার প্রধান নির্বাচন কমিশনার আব্দুর রশিদ সহ নির্বাচন কমিশনার মোঃ সিরাজ মিয়া ও মোঃ আব্দুল মালেকের উপস্থিতিতে হামিদুর রহমান-জাহাঙ্গীর আল-মামুন মির্জা পরিষদ ও শাহাদাত-তৌহিদ হাছান পরিষদ সহ স্বতন্ত্র্য প্রার্থীর সহ তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। ১৩টি পদে দুইটি প্যানেলে ২৬ জন এবং একজন স্বতন্ত্র প্রার্থী সহ নির্বাচনে লড়াইয়ে অংশগ্রহন ইতিমধ্যেই চূড়ান্ত হয়েছে। এবারের নির্বাচন হবে সভাপতি, সহ-সভাপতি পদ দুই জন, সাধারন সম্পদক একজন, সহ-সম্পাদক পদ দুইজন, কোষাধ্যক্ষ, প্রচার সম্পদক, ক্রীড়া সম্পাদক, কার্য্য নির্বাহী সদস্য পদে চারজন ভোটারদের ভোটাধীকার প্রয়োগের মাধ্যমে আগামী ১০ই মার্চ নির্বাচিত হবেন।
এ ব্যপারে হামিদুর রহমান-জাহাঙ্গীর আল-মামুন মির্জা পরিষদের প্যানেল প্রধান সভাপতি ও সাধারন সম্পাদক বলেন, আমরা ২০১৪ সালে নির্বাচিত হওয়ার পর যখন ক্ষমতা বুঝে নিয়ে ছিলাম তখন সহকারী আইনজীবী সমিতির ফান্ডে কোন টাকা ছিলোনা। আমরা ক্ষমতা আসার পর সেই শুন্য ফান্ডে প্রায় ৮ লক্ষ টাকা এফডিআর করেছি, ব্যাংকে ৫৮ হাজার টাকা জমা রয়েছে, ৬ জন মৃত সহকারী আইনজীবদের পরিবারকে ১০ হাজার টাকা প্রদান করা হয়েছে। এই প্যানেল আবার নির্বাচনে জয়ী হলে এ সকল সুযোগ সুবিদা দ্বীগুন করা হবে।
এ ব্যপারে শাহাদাত-তৌহিদ হাছান পরিষদের প্যানেল প্রধান সভাপতি ও সাধারন সম্পাদক বলেন, আমাদের প্যানেল নির্বাচিত হলে সর্বপ্রথম সহকারী আইনজীবী ভাইদের জন্য সুযোগ সুবিধার প্রতি সজাগ দৃষ্টি রাখবো। তাদের ন্যায অধিকার আদায়ে যেখানে যা করা উচিত আমরা করবো।
